Death toll mounts 64 as three children fall prey to famine
Doctors and lady doctors could not be appointed in the hospitals despite claims.
THARPARKAR (Dunya News) – Life loss in Thar could not be hampered as children continue to die of insufficient health facilities while the death toll mounted to 64 in 47 days.
Two day old Niaz, four months old Rasheed, a two day old Farooq and one year old Sunil Kumar died in different villages of Thar today. Inhabitants said children in Thar are dying due to inadequate health facilities.
On the other hand, doctors and lady doctors in hospitals of Thar caould not be appointed despite Sindh government’s tall claims.
