Army chief arrives in South Waziristan

Army chief would also inaugurate Central Trade Corridor Road.

RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif has reached South Waziristan on Sunday to examine the ongoing security and developement projects.

According to details, Army Chief would brief army troops and review the progress of development projects initiated by Pakistan Army in the area.

According to Directorate General Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) General Asim Saleem Bajwa, the Army Chief would also inaugurate Central Trade Corridor Road in South Waziristan.

He further revealed that army engineers have completed Central Trade Corridor Road on fast track.
