Former PM said that PPP holds the key to midterms, will get them held anytime it liked
MULTAN: (Dunya News) – Former Prime Minister of Pakistan Syed Yousuf Raza Gillani has said that Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) holds the key to midterm elections. He said that PPP will get the midterms held anytime it liked to.
Talking to media today (Sunday) at Multan Airport, Yousuf Raza Gillani said that it is Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s choice to announce midterms, however, the key to midterms is held by the PPP. He said that terms like ‘third umpire’ and ‘raising of finger’ are voiced when parliaments get weak.
