Law ministry issues judges appointment notification
Law ministry has issued a notification regarding Supreme Court and High Court judges today. Justice Saqib Nisar and Justice Asif Saeed Khosa have been elevated as apex court judges, while Khalilur Rehman Ramday has been appointed as an ad hoc judge for a year. All the judges would take oath today.According to the notification, as many as 22 additional judges have been appointed in Lahore High Court and 9 in Sindh High Court.
