Sindh LG Ord (3rd Amend) promulgated
Sindh Local Government Ordinance (3rd Amendment) has been promulgated on Friday.
KARACHI (Dunya News) - Acting governor of Sindh Aga Siraj Durrani on Friday has promulgated the Sindh Local Government Ordinance (3rd Amendment).
According to information, the ordinance shall come into force from September 16.
The ordinance also empowers the concerned authority to declare a rural area as an urban one if needed.
According to newly promulgated ordinance, the penalty for the violation of rules and regulations is disqualification for three years.
