3 Khasadars injured in Peshawar blast
The blast targeted a security forces vehicle injuring three officials of Khasadar Force.
KARACHI (Dunya News) - At least three officials of Khasadar Force were injured in a blast that targeted the vehicle of security forces near Achini Mor at Ring Road on Thursday.
The wounded officials, belonging to Khyber Agency, were deputed at the security of polio vaccination teams. The injured security personnel were shifted to hospital for medical treatment.
According to Bomb Disposal Squad, the remote-controlled bomb weighed two kilograms.
It was the second explosion Thursday followed by a blast in Anarkali area of Lahore that killed one person and injured several others.
Later in the evening, a motorcycle bomb killed six people and injured several others in Liaquat Bazar area of Quetta.
