Nine killed in Hangu suicide blast
At least nine people were killed and several others injured in a suicide blast in Doaba area.
HANGU (Dunya News) - A suicide bomber blew himself up near a vehicle killing at least nine people and injuring several others.
Panic gripped the area after the blast while rescue teams reached the scene and started shifting the wounded and dead bodies to nearby hospital.
Police cordoned off the area and started search operation.
According to reports local tribal leader Malik Habib was sitting in the car targeted by the terrorists.
The injured have been shifted to hospital and more casualties are feared.
Terrorists have been targeting Hangu in the recent past. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf MPA Farid Khan was shot dead along with a friend by the unknown miscreants in Hangu in June.
