LHC issues stay order on NA-57 vote recount

RAWALPINDI (Web Desk) - Lahore High Court’s Rawalpindi bench on Thursday issued a stay order on recounting of votes in NA-57 constituency of Attock.

 

The court during the hearing of a petition by PML-N's winning candidate‚ Aftab Sheikh issued the order against Election Commission’s directive and summoned all concerned parties on Friday.

 

The application for recounting of votes was submitted by Pakistani Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) candidate Malik Amin Aslam.
