PIC medicine case: SC orders to release Efroze director

A three-judge bench heard the case pertaining to the release of Nadir Malik.


LAHORE:The Supreme Court has ordered to release Nadir Malik, managing director of Efroze Chemicals, involved in the PIC spurious medicine case.

 

A three-judge bench heard the case pertaining to the release of Nadir Malik at Supreme Court Lahore registry on Friday.

 

While issuing the release order, the court directed Nadir Feroz to appear before the Sessions Court on Saturday and Supreme Court on Monday.

 

The Supreme Court had taken notice of the death of over 200 patients after taking a medicine produced by Efroze Chemicals.
