Malik writes letter to US authorities for release of Aafia

Rehman Malik has written a letter to FBI chief for release of Dr Aafia on humanitarian grounds.

Pakistan government has formally appealed to USA for the release of Dr Aafia Siddiqui on humanitarian grounds.Interior Minister Rehman Malik wrote a letter to FBI Chief Robert Mueller in which it is said that Dr Aafia Siddiqui is severely ill and her family as well as entire Pakistani nation is desirous for her acquittal.The letter also mentioned that Government of Pakistan also wants Aafia’s freedom.
