Paramedical staff continues their strike in Punjab including Lahore, Faisalabad and Multan.

Paramedics protest in Lahore entered thirty first day for the fulfillment of their demands including revised service structure, health professional allowance and regularisation of contract employees.The paramedics closed down the out-patient departments (OPDs), indoors and other departments of the hospitals to record their protest against lack of interest on the part of the health department to resolve outstanding issues of employees.In Faisalabad, paramedics protested outside three governmental hospitals including Allied hospital for the eighth consecutive day.Paramedics took to the streets from Children Complex and ended at Institute of Cardiology in Multan.The angry demonstrators threatened to close emergency if their demands were not met.
