CJP Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry said that intelligence agencies are not cooperating with courts.

A three-member bench conducted hearing of missing perosns case on law and order situation in Balochistan.Hearing the case at Supreme Court’s Quetta Registry, Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry remarked the court has observed that intelligence agencies may not cooperate on the issue of ‘missing persons.’Sa far no details have been provided regarding recovery of missing persons, he said.Also, Chief Minister Nawab Aslam Raisani and Home Minister Zafarullah Zehri did not appear during today’s hearing despite court orders.The apex court summoned the senior provincial officers to explain progress on the Balochistan issue.
