City Nazim Mustafa Kamal files petition against CM orders
City Nazim Mustafa Kamal has filed a petition in Sindh High Court (SHC) against orders of Sindh Chief Minister of slashing powers and not letting him to do work. Nazim in his petition says the orders have been passed without legal formalities and he is not allowed to do work. The petition says that under Article 140A local governments were protected and to stop city nazim from working was illegal. He demanded that the governments orders to curtail naizms power should be cancelled. The petition will be heard tomorrow.
