While Indian media claimed Veena sneaked back to Pakistan, reports confirmed she is in India.

Indian media reports said Veena Malik, who went missing for a couple of days, reached Pakistan through Wagha border secretly in order to renew her visa. Immigration officials at Wagha Border denied her arrival.Another report meanwhile said that Veena was traced taking rest at an Indian hotel. Upon being discovered, the report said, she cited her tiredness that prompted her to switch off her phone without telling anyone, including her manager.The Indian directors and producers, including Mahesh Bhatt, had doubted any foul play in Veenas sudden disappearance. Many a people took her move as a cheap publicity stunt.
