(Web Desk) - In a heartfelt video shared on his social media platforms, actor John Voight expressed his deep disapproval of his daughter, actress Angelina Jolie.
She had attributed the destruction in Gaza to Israel, alleging that the country deliberately targeted civilian areas and had turned the city into a “mass grave.”
Voight conveyed his ‘disappointment’, saying, “I am very disappointed that my daughter, like many others, has no understanding of the glory of God, of the truths of God.”
He emphasised that the heart of the matter lies in the preservation of the history of God’s land, the Holy Land, and the land of the Jews.
Within Hollywood, John Voight is recognized as a staunch supporter of Israel.
Renowned American actor and former United Nations Goodwill Ambassador Angelina Jolie shared her concerns about the dire situation in Gaza through an Instagram post.
She described Gaza as an open-air prison for almost two decades, tragically evolving into a mass grave. Distressingly, 40% of those who have lost their lives in this conflict are innocent children.
Angelina Jolie highlighted the grim reality, underscoring that entire families are facing tragic losses.
Moreover, she emphasized that this crisis unfolds as the world watches, with the active support of numerous governments, leaving millions of Palestinian civilians, including children and women, deeply affected.
