“It’s none other than my son Kabir… he is the most beautiful aspect of my life,” she tells us.
Aziz shared the snippet at Dunya News’ sought-after programme ‘Mazaaq Raat’ in which she spoke about various facets of her family life and professional career.
Responding to host Imran Ashraf’s question, Aziz said: “My son is the most beautiful aspect of my life.” The motherhood, she said, had instilled a great deal of patience in her.
“Seeing the activities of my son, I realise that now I can put up with anything…,” she said.
She revealed that she used to be quarrelsome. “My friends are well aware of the fact that I am quite talkative and prone to argumentation, though I didn’t indulge in any physical fight,” she told the audience.
As for her professional career, she said her drama ‘Ranjha Ranjha karde’ was close to her heart and it was this very performance which she held dear.
And something personal now.
She said she wanted to marry early in her career but she was convinced that she should not find a life partner in the showbiz industry. But the perception changed after tying the knot with Yasir Hussain – also a talented actor.
“Having met and tied the knot with Yasir made me realise that he is the right person who can keep me happy.”
All praise for husband, she said Yasir supported her a lot in everything including acting. “His experience of theatre and wit comes in handy and helps me perform better,” said Iqra.
