MUMBAI (Web Desk) - Bollywood superstar Salman Khan says the content should be checked on over-the-top (OTT) platforms, the cleaner the content, the better.
Most of the Indian actors have become famous on OTT platforms, while Salman Khan has not made his debut on any platform so far.
Demanding clean content and censorship on streaming platforms during an event, Salman Khan said I think there should be censorship on the OTT medium and an end to vulgarity, nudity and profanity.
The actor said, "I think content should be checked on OTT, the cleaner the content the better as it will have more viewership."
He raised the question that 15 or 16-year-olds are also watching this material, would you want your children to see such material?
It should be noted that there is a series of controversies related to content on OTT platforms, while recently Indian actresses Madhuri Dixit and Aishwarya Rai were also discussed inappropriately.
