Pathan movie crew was unable to continue shoot in Spain.

(Dunya News) – The release date of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming movie “Pathan” got delayed as the crew was unable to continue shoot in Spain due to the rapid increase in Omicron variant cases.

Year 2021 has given the Bollywood star a tough time, as the actor was completely disturbed by a case against his eldest son. Aryan Khan, aged 23, had been behind the bars for almost 22 days after being arrested in a cruise ship drugs bust. The case had been front page news in India, as the King Khan’s family struggled to get their son out. The High Court of Bombay finally issued bail for Aryan on the fourth attempt made by his rescuers.

According to reports, a crucial portion of the movie and two songs were supposed to be filmed in Spain. Originally the plan was to shoot the film in October but it had to be postponed till January as SRK had some personal matters to sort.

Meanwhile, the National Ministry of Health in Spain has reported 62, 94,745 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and death toll at 89,405.

Considering the present situation, the team decided to make further delay in shoot, as even though 80 pc of Spain is vaccinated and several people have received booster shots, still film makers are not ready to take further risk.
