Almost a month after crashing his watercraft into a Miami Beach bridge singer Sean Kingston says hes feeling better.The singer famous for his 2007 hit Beautiful Girls has been hospitalized in Miami since the May 29 crash. Kingston posted a message on his twitter page that informing his fans that he is feeling better now and thanked his fans for their concerns and wishes. Kingston also posted a picture of himself, in the hospital, flashing a peace sign. Kingston walked on his own a couple of weeks ago for the first time since the accident.Hip-hop singer had a female passenger on board his watercraft when it crashed into a bridge both Kingston and his passenger were rescued from the water by a good Samaritan.
