Dr Aamir Liaquat calls Hamza Ali Abbasi 'drug addict'
Hamza wrote a Hadith that infuriated Dr Aamir.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – In a latest online spat, religious scholar Dr Aamir Liaquat called Pakistani actor and anchor Hamza Ali Abbasi as ‘disgusting face of the channel and drug addict’.
This all started when Hamza Ali Abbasi shared an ‘interesting thought’ on his Twitter profile that sparked rage as a user hit back at the actor asking, “Why do you have @AamirLiaquat campaigning and using the sectarian card to muster votes.”
Interesting thought: In Messaq e Medina, Ummah is referred to Muslim majority of Medina & the Jews & Christian minority of Medina, all equal in brotherhood. It doesn t take a scholar to realise that the only ideology that can keep Pakistan together & protect minorities is ISLAM.

Replying to the post, Hamza wrote a Hadith that infuriated Dr Aamir Liaquat who aggressively responded and labeled the actor as disgusting face and drug addict.

Don’t quote any Hadith and don’t play with Hadith. You are disgusting face of the channel, and a drug addict. It is better you stick to your day job - ‘ACTING’ otherwise I will also tell what your beliefs are and what you preach. Get off my mentions now.

It is to be mentioned here that Dr Aamir is a candidate of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) for NA-245 in upcoming general elections whereas Hamza Ali Abbasi is also an active worker of the same party.
