Children’s fight led to bloody feud
KARACHI (Dunya News) – A man was killed and five others were injured when two armed groups traded fire after a scuffle between children in Gulistan-e-Johar-9 here on Monday night, Dunya News reported.
A brawl erupted between children playing in a street. Their elders stepped in the fight with weapons.
They opened indiscriminate fire at one another. As a result, a man was killed and five others were injured.
The man murdered in crossfire was identified as Sabir Magsi. He was the chairman of a union council.
Having being informed, police scrambled to the crime scene and started investigation after shifting the dead and the injured to hospital.
The condition of the wounded persons was stated to be critical. Police have cordoned off the area to avoid any untoward incident as panic and tension have griped the area.
