Police have stepped up security after the incidents
KARACHI (Dunya News) - A man was killed and nine others were injured in separate firing incidents here on Saturday night, Dunya News reported.
In Sarjani Town sector, a worker of a political was gunned down.
His relatives said he was an in-charge of UC-3 of the area of a political party. They said he had no enmity with anybody and worked as a cable operator in the area.
Sindh Assembly member-elect from Sarjani Town Sheikh Abdullah visited Jinnah Hospital to see the party worker sometime before his death.
Those injured in the firing incidents belonged to the areas including Sarjani Town, Gulshan Mimar, Baldia and Orangi Town areas.
Having being informed, police of their respective areas reached the spot and started investigation after shifting the injured to hospitals.
Police have stepped up security in these areas and held barricades to check citizens.
