QABULA (Dunya News) – A 14-year-old boy was stripped and brutally tortured in Pakpattan's Qabula area on Saturday evening. The suspects also shot a video of torture.
Police said the incident occurred in native village 37-E/B where four suspects tortured a youngster, made a video and posted it on social media.
Police have registered a case and arrested three suspects. Raids are being conducted to arrest the fourth suspect as well.
