Four including two children injured in shooting incident in Karachi
An investigation into the matter has also been launched to nab the culprits.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Criminal activities have continued unabated in Karachi as at least four people including two children sustained severe wounds in shooting incident.
The mishap took place when an unidentified man stormed a house situated on Jamshed Road and opened unprovoked firing while the other one stayed outside.
Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) said that the injured have been shifted to the hospital for medical assistance whereas an investigation into the matter has also been launched to nab the culprits.
The military with the help from police, paramilitary Rangers and intelligence agencies unleashed an operation against armed gangs and suspected militants in Karachi.
The senior police official stated that Karachi operation is giving positive outcomes as dozens of extortionists, target killers and terrorists have been detained so far. He said that stern action will be continued until the end of last criminal.
