Shadab tells Babar he isn't old after airborne catch in 1st ODI

Sharing a video of his catch, Shadab said, "So, Babar you were saying that I have gotten old."
LAHORE (Web Desk) - Shadab Khan caught a magnificent airborne one-handed catch of Shamarh Brooks in the first One-Day International (ODI) of Pakistan against West Indies in Multan on Wednesday and told captain that he still young.
While sharing a video of his catch on Twitter, Shadab addressed Azam and wrote, "Jee @babarazam258 aap keh rahe thay budha ho gaya hun mai. (So, Babar you were saying that I have gotten old)."
He further wished Babar and Khushdil Shah good luck and said, "Meri dua hai aap is hi tarhan 100 pe 100 martay raho aur hamesha jawaan raho, Khushdil aesa hi chakkay marta rahe aur hamari behtar se behtar effort kerti rahe. (It is my wish that you smash hundreds like this and stay young always. May Khushdil always hit sixes like this and our [team] puts up better effort like this)."

Shadab displayed an excellent piece of fielding and the credit for Brooks’ dismissal goes to him, who took a stunning catch to break the threatening partnership.
The batter tried to play a sweep shot but the ball took the outside edge and went towards the short third man region.
Shadab, who was stationed in that area flew towards his left to complete a one-handed catch. The video of the unbelievable effort was shared by Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) as well.
“Nawaz gets the breakthrough courtesy a one-handed stunner from Shadab,” PCB captioned the video.
Despite fall of regular wickets, Hope batted smartly to complete his 12th ODI hundred. He was eventually dismissed on a score of 127 by Haris Rauf.
Azam became the first batter to knock three successive ODI hundreds twice as he anchored a five-wicket win over the West Indies.
Ranked number one batter in both limited over formats, Azam cracked a brilliant 107-ball 103 with nine boundaries.
While Pakistan batter Khushdil Shah lived up to his big hitting and carted four sixes in his 23-ball 41 not out to help Pakistan overhaul a tough 306-run target in 49.2 overs.
He hit three consecutive sixes in Romario Shepherd’s 47th over before Mohammad Nawaz hit the winnings six in the final over.
