Saeed Ajmal refuses PCB's offer to play farewell match

Saeed Ajmal said that he has not decided about taking retirement yet.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Star bowler Saeed Ajmal on Tuesday has refused the offer of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to play farewell match.

Off-spinner said that he is not taking retirement from the cricket and expressed wish to further serve the country in both one-day international and Twenty20 formats.

Saeed Ajmal said that he has not decided about taking retirement yet.

Pakistan team need good off-spinner like him to improve the ranking as Saeed Ajmal had taken 20 wickets in T20.

The 38-year-old had played his last match in 2015.

Earlier, PCB had decided to give farewells to former T20 captain Shahid Afridi and Saeed Ajmal after upcoming clash with West Indies.
