Pakistan announces squad for West Indies tour
Shahid Afridi included in team for West Indies series of 5 ODIs and two T-20 matches.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Pakistan Cricket Board has announced squad for the One Day Internationals and T20 series against West Indies.
This was announced by the chief selector of the PCB Iqbal Qasim while addressing a press conference in Lahore on Wednesday afternoon.
The squad for the 5 ODIs series is Nasir Jamshaid‚ Ahmad Shahzad‚ Muhammad Hafeez‚ Misbah-ul-Haq‚ Asad Shafiq‚ Omar Akmal‚ Shahid Afridi‚ Saeed Ajmal‚ Wahab Riaz‚ Junaid Khan‚ Muhammad Irfan‚ Asad Ali‚ Omar Amin‚ Abdul Rehman‚ Haris Sohail and Muhammad Rizwan.
And for the two T20 matches is Nasir Jamshaid‚ Ahmad Shahzad‚ Muhammad Hafiz‚ Haris Sohail‚ Hamad Azam‚ Shahid Afridi‚ Omar Akmal‚ Saeed Ajmal‚ Sohail Tanveer‚ Junaid Khan‚ Wahab Riaz‚ Omar Amin‚ Asad Ali‚ Muhammad Irfan and Zulfikar Babar.
According to the schedule‚ the Pakistani team s tour to West Indies includes 5 ODIs and two T-20 international matches.
The 2nd ODI will also be played in Guyana on 16th and 3rd‚ 4th and 5th ODIs at St. Lucia on 19th‚ 21st and 24th of this month.
The 1st and 2nd of T20 matches will be played at St. Vincent.
