PGC announces cricket team against Afghanistan
Punjab Group of Colleges has announced its 18-member team for T-20 against Afghan cricket team.
LAHORE (Dunya News): The team is going to be headed by Adnan Munir who stated that the guest team meets the international criteria in real sense. Fans of cricket would be able to enjoy an interesting match between the two teams.
The team of Punjab Group of Colleges has completed its arrangements regarding T20 match with the team of neighbouring country.
The coach Akhter Mumtaz Butt and Manager Arshed Sattar are of the view that psychologically they were not feeling any tension.
Captain Hafiz Adnan Munir was of the opinion that spinners are the real asset of the team, adding that they have worked on the shortcomings of rival team by watching videos during the training camp that would be help in devising the match strategy.
Afghan cricket team is getting training in Lahore for the qualifying round of World Cup 2015.
The credit goes to the Punjab Group of Colleges’ team which would play against the Afghan team after winning the All Pakistan Inter Collegiate Competition.
