Route of train changed due to operational losses
LAHORE (Web Desk) - Pakistani Railways changed the route of the Shalimar Express currently running between Lahore and Karachi on the Okara, Sahiwal, and Khanewal line.
The route of the Shalimar Express Pakistan Railways changed between Karachi and Lahore.
According to a statement issued by Pakistan Railways, the Shalimar Express will now travel via Faisalabad from 1st July.
The change in the route of the Shalimar Express was made due to operational losses, according to sources.
The train was closed due to covid restrictions and later restored but on Lahore, Sahiwal, Khanewal, Karachi route.
