Cut in power generation companys tariff

NEPRA has reduced tariff of Northern Power Generation Company by 30 paisa to Rs 1.55.

According to the NEPRA, Gulf Rental Power Plant has been decreased by 44 paisa per unit. While Muzafargarh Power Plant’s tariff has been decreased by 44 paisa to Rs 1.55 per unit.Tariff has been reduced due to decrease in furnace oil price.Production coast of Faisalabad Power Plant stands at Rs 22.61per unit, which causing increase in tariff.The new rates will be affective from August 15.
