Hong Kong stocks flat at break

HONG KONG (AFP) - Hong Kong shares traded largely flat on Monday morning, as they reopened after a lunar new year break.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index fell 7.06 points to 24,825.02 by the break on turnover of HK$27.85 billion ($3.59 billion).
