US, India to begin military drills to prevent China's supremacy

NEW YORK (Web Desk) - Lt. Gen. Stephen Lanza, who commands the Army’s I Corps on the U.S. Pacific coast has said that defense pact between India and US is being signed at a time when key annual military drills of both the countries are taking place next year in mountainous areas of North India.

The drills have been named as ‘Yudh Abhyas’.

While talking to a US channel, he said that these drill will further enhance peace efforts and experience regarding mutual use of weapons.
Lanza explained that not only both the armies are undergoing mutual training but the US is also working with India in a coordinated way.

Some US analysts say that these drills are to halt China’s supremacy.

While talking to Dunya News North America representative Nadeem Manzoor Salahri, Pandit Sharma said that China’s slow but consistent progress is going to challenge US supremacy in the future.

He warned that if US did not stopped China’s advancement then the future new world order will be made by China and its allies.

Therefore; after much consideration US has nominated India as its defense partner because it is getting economically strong day by day.

Obama administration has decided in their high-level meeting that India is a large country in terms of population and land and it is time to use India instead of China.
