NEW DELHI (Web Desk) – Afghan Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Head of the Council of Ministers Abdullah Abdullah met Indian Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi on Monday in New Delhi.
Both the sides exchanged views on bilateral and regional issues including cooperation in security matters.

External affairs ministry spokesman Vikas Swarup tweeted that an agreement has been signed between both the countries on visa free travel for diplomats.

During the meeting Swaraj conveyed the approval of third phase of 92 small development projects in Afghanistan.

Abdullah Abdullah will also attend an anti-terrorism conference in Jaipur tomorrow.

His visit to India comes in the wake of Prime Minister Modi s visit to Kabul in December when the new Afghan parliament building, constructed with India s aid, was inaugurated.
