Indian Home Minister P. Chidambaram said that investigation report on Mumbai attacks would be made public and Pakistanis were the masterminds of Mumbai attacks. On the other hand, India has once again rejected possibility of resumption of dialogue process. India on Wednesday demanded Pakistan to hand out exemplary punishment for all those involved in carrying out last November's militant strikes in Mumbai. Indian Minister of State for External Affairs Shashi Tharoor talking to media in New Dehli said that talks with Pakistan would held after Pakistan hands out exemplary punishment for culprits of Mumbai attacks. He accused that Pakistan is not taking significant steps against terrorism. He said that in the present scenario, India cant resume talks with Pakistan.
