Majority of Americans opposed to U.S operation in Afghanistan

The majority of Americans is opposed to sending more troops in Afghanistan and thinks that Afghan war should not be fought. According to a survey 64 percent Americans believe that no effective government will form after elections in Afghanistan. At a time when Afghans are voting for the new president, it is being said that US Army Commander in Afghanistan will request President Obama to send more troops to Afghanistan. A common American isnt happy with the war. Forty-five percent American opine that number of US troops in Afghanistan should be reduced while 27 percent believe that US troops in Afghanistan were sufficient in number. Sixty percent Americans think that Obamas Afghan War policy is correct while 42 percent consider US winning the war. Thirty six percent Americans suppose US is loosing the war.
