Holiday photos showed Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin flaunting his macho side during his fishing trip in southern Siberia's Tuva region. Putin, a judo black belt who has flown in a fighter aircraft and shot a Siberian tiger in the wild, plunged into the depths of Lake Baikal displaying his butterfly stroke. His fishing holiday also included racing around the lake in a mini-submersible and showing the public he is still fit as he rode a horse barechested. Putin also showed his softer side on Russian television when he dined with an elderly local shepherd and gave his watch to a young boy.
