(Web Desk) - A video of Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris making a speech in 2016 at the Pitchess Detention Center in California has been slowed down to make her appear alcoholic.

Text written across the clip being shared, opens new tab online said: “Dear Betty Ford….HELP!!” The text refers to Betty Ford, late US President Gerald Ford’s wife, who successfully fought against alcohol and prescription drug addictions and helped establish a rehabilitation clinic that carries her name.

The video shows Harris saying: “Welcome to the role model club. It’s tough! Being the part of the role model club means being in a room where sometimes you may be the only person who has had the experiences you have had.”
