Workers at a Washington state hospital said they were shocked when a deer wandered into the facility through the automatic doors at the ambulance bay.Cascade Medical Center Facilities Director Greg Horton said the deer wandered through the doors at the Leavenworth hospital at about 9 a.m. and was escorted by workers to an empty patient dining area, KPTV, Portland, Ore., reported.Its certainly not something you see every day, he said. Horton said workers closed doors along a stretch of hallway to escort the animal back outside.
