ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Liu Haixing, minister of the International Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, met Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar.
According to the Foreign Office spokesperson, Liu conveyed greetings from Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi. Dar warmly reciprocated Wang’s good wishes.
Dar also conveyed the Pakistani leadership’s best wishes to Chinese President Xi Jinping and reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to further strengthening its strategic partnership with China.
The two leaders discussed ways to promote cultural ties and people-to-people exchanges.
They also reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining close coordination in bilateral relations and building on positive developments.
