Increase in literacy rate a key to countrys progress: CM Shahbaz

Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said that the country could not progress without the increase in literacy rate. During his visit to Directorate of Staff Development on Saturday, CM said that education was the governments top priority. He said that educated and skilled teachers had a vital role in strengthening the foundations of education system. After the inauguration of the new building for the Punjab Education Endowment Fund, CM said that the fund would help those students who could not continue studies due to financial problems.
