President Asif Ali Zardari will leave on a two-day visit to Tajikistan on July 28. It is expected that the two countries will sign a trade agreement during President Zardaris visit. Sources said that President Zardari will also sign a Transport Agreement with Tajikistan during the visit. Pakistan wants a transport agreement with three Central Asian states before signing the Transit Trade Agreement with Afghanistan. According to the sources in Economic Affairs Division, third session of mutual ministerial commission of Pakistan and Tajikistan will be held in Islamabad on Monday. A plan to import 1000 mega watt electricity from Tajikistan will also be discussed in detail.
