TANK (Dunya News) – A policeman sustained injuries as police, along with the Pakistan Army, repelled a terrorist attack on a check post in Tank, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, on Wednesday.
According to police sources, terrorists attacked Tangi check post in Tank in which a policeman was wounded. However, due to the retaliatory action by the police and Pakistan Army, the attackers managed to flee.
Police also seized mortar shells and 16 kilograms of explosive material. The DPO awarded cash prizes and certificates to the police personnel. Police sources stated that every conspiracy by enemies will be thwarted.
