ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Islamabad High Court on Tuesday dismissed a petition filed against former prime minister Imran Khan for concealing his alleged daughter Tyrian White as inadmissible.

A three-member bench consisting of Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri, Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir and Justice Saman Riffat took up the petition seeking the disqualification of Imran Khan for not revealing his alleged daughter Tyrian in the nomination papers.

During the hearing, Justice Tariq Mehmood observed that two judges had already declared the Tyrian case as inadmissible.

The court upheld the decision given by two judges, declaring the petition against Imran Khan inadmissible.

PTI leader Shibli Faraz was present in the courtroom during the hearing.

A citizen, Mohammad Sajid, had filed the petition through lawyer Hamid Ali Shah, requesting the court to disqualify the PTI founder Imran Khan for concealing his alleged daughter in the nomination papers.
