Court expresses displeasure for not joining the investigation process
LAHORE (Dunya News) - The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) of Lahore has ordered the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman to join investigation in five cases including the Jinnah House attack case.
The PTI chief has been summoned to join the investigation on July 14. The court expressed displeasure for not joining the investigation process.
Earlier, during the hearing, Judge Ijaz Ahmad Buttar hinted at cancelling the bail. In his remarks, the judge hinted at cancelling the relief being given to the suspect. The interim bail was extended till July 21.
Later, the PTI chairman was summoned for investigation on July 14 in connection with the Jinnah House attack case.
