Federal govt failed to provide fertilizer to farmers: Asif Zardari
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Co-Chairman Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) and former president of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari said that the federal government has failed to provide the fertilizer to farmers.
He added that the farmers are the backbone of the country s economy, not getting a fair price for their crops is their economic exploitation.
Asif Zardari said that the farmers are the backbone of the country s economy, prosperous farmers are the guarantee of an agriculturally stable Pakistan. It is very unfair for the farmers not to get the fruits of their labor.
Former president said that the lack of fair price of crops is economic exploitation of farmers; PPP will maintain the tradition of justice from farmers.
PPP will make it easier for farmers to access the market. An agriculturally strong Pakistan is our party s manifesto, he stated.
