Lahore: At least five killed, three injured in van-trolley collision
LAHORE (Dunya News) - At least five people were killed and three others injured when a passenger van plunged into a ditch near Halloki area of Kahna after getting collided with a trolley on Sunday.
According to details the passenger van collided with a trolley near Halloki area of Kahna in Lahore and fell into a sewer, killing 5 people and injuring 3 who were shifted to hospital.
According to the police, the dead included Rukhsana - 45, Naeema Bibi - 40, Faizan - 8, Sufiyan - 6 and Zain - 10
The passenger bus was coming from Raiwind which collided with a brick trolley. The dead bodies were shifted to the morgue by Edhi Ambulance.
Expressing heartfelt sympathy and condolences to the families of the victims, he demanded a report on the loss of precious human lives due to a vehicle falling into a ditch.
He added that the best medical facilities be provided to the injured.
