Rain with wind, thunderstorm expected in different parts of country
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Rain with wind and thunderstorm is expected in central and southern Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa, upper Sindh, northeast Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir during the next twelve hours.
However, hot and dry weather is likely to prevail elsewhere in the country.
Temperature of some major cities recorded this morning:
Islamabad eighteen degree centigrade, Lahore twenty-five, Karachi thirty, Peshawar twenty-one, Quetta sixteen, Gilgit nineteen, Murree twelve and Muzaffarabad seventeen degree centigrade.
According to Met Office forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy weather with chances of rain and wind-thunderstorm is expected in Jammu, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian and Baramulla, Srinagar and Leh.
Temperature recorded this morning; Srinagar and Anantnag twelve degree centigrade, Jammu twenty, Leh three, Pulwama thirteen, Shopian and Baramulla eleven degree centigrade.
