ECP dismisses plea seeking Raja Basharat's disqualification
PTI leader had submitted fake affidavit along with his nomination papers: Plaintiff
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Thursday has dismissed a plea seeking disqualification of Punjab Law and Cooperatives Minister Raja Basharat.
According to details, the claimant has adopted the stance that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader had submitted fake affidavit along with his nomination papers.
The ECP Punjab member Altaf Qureshi, while expressing resentment, said that you are filing the plea against Raja Basharat after three years.
