Governor Sindh suggests unlimited business hours to cover losses
KARACHI (Dunya News) - Governor Sindh Imran Ismail has said that if Sindh government had consulted me I would have suggested unlimited business hours.
He said the business community could not afford a one-day shutdown in business. An hour s increase will not improve business activities. Overnight business should be allowed to cover losses.
A statement issued by Imran Ismail suggested that the rush could be reduced by increasing business hours. The Sindh government should also have to lift time and day restrictions from business activities.
Imran Ismail said that, I hope the Sindh government will use common sense.
Governor Sindh said that he was surprised at the notification of Sindh government. The whole country was waiting for business to resume. The complete lockdown was first carried out in Sindh. The Karachi businessman has gone dead financially.
