COAS Qamar Javed Bajwa visits ISI Headquarters
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - Chief of Army Staff, General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited Headquarters of Inter Services Intelligence in Islamabad today, where he was given a detailed update on the internal and external security situation of the country.
The Army Chief appreciated the measures to optimize performance of the ISI ensuring that country responds effectively to threats across the spectrum.
Earlier on arrival, General Qamar Javed Bajwa was received by Director General ISl, Lt Gen Faiz Hamid.
Meanwhile, Ambassador of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Nawaf Saeed Al-Malkiy called on Army Chief, General Qamar Javed Bajwa in Islamabad today.
Matters of mutual interest, regional security situation and bilateral defence relations between the two brotherly countries were discussed during the meeting.
